In addition to the details concerning Kybernetes, the official journal of WOSC, contained on the WOSC-Website, it is already a part of MCB University Press's comprehensive information package. Subscribers to the full journal service will benefit from this. Details are given on the inside front cover. It is published in paper format and also on the Internet Online Publishing and Limited Archive. Articles, for example, within this issue are also published online at the Website: http://www.mcb.co.uk/k.htm along with archive material (where available), which comprises abstracts and page images of articles published from 1994 to date.

WOSC Congress
The director-general of WOSC, Professor Robert Vallée is engaged in arranging the next congress and other meetings of the organization. Members of the organization are invited to contact him, or any of the WOSC directors about sponsorship or participation matters.
