New, environmentally friendly LTCC A6 Materials from Ferro satisfy all wireless telecom requirements yet cost less than existing products.

LTCC A6 is the lowest-loss, multi-layer ceramic packaging system now available to the industry. It features a low dielectric constant (K<6) and compatibility with embedded components plus the capability to design-in vias, cavities and microstrip-to-stripline transitions.
