Note from the publisher

This one-off review issue of Managerial Law gives an overview of recent literature from a selection of leading publications. The eight review papers will keep business managers abreast of the latest research and developments in key managerial and business law topics including age discrimination, corporate social responsibility and intellectual property.

2007 will see a new editorial team for Managerial Law, taking the journal towards its 50th anniversary in 2008 with an updated mission and scope reflecting the rapidly changing environment of law and management – see the updated journal homepage at www.emeraldinsight.com/ml.htm
