Best organic product of the year
Clipper instant organic coffee was voted the best product of the year by the judges of the Organic Food Awards 1998. The coffee is produced with respect for both the natural environment and the coffee farmers who receive long-term contracts with a 20-25 per cent premium on conventional prices, supporting investment and community projects. The awards were presented by Prince Charles during a celebratory lunch at the Savoy Hotel. Clipper instant organic coffee retails for around £2.99 for a 100g jar and is currently available from all good health food shops, all Sainsbury's stores and selected Tesco and Asda outlets.
