Schwartz have produced another sauce mix, this time a perfect introduction to Thai cooking that is simplicity itself. The recipe is a blend of aromatic spices, coriander, coconut and lemon-grass, a combination of sweet, sour and spicy ingredients. Thai restaurants are becoming increasingly popular and here is a way for cooks who feel less confident to try the new cuisine.
