Estroven supplement is good source of isoflavones

The nutritional supplement Estroven provides 55 mg of isoflavones per caplet from Japanese Arrowroot and non-GMO soya to naturally enhance dietary intake levels of these oestrogen-like compounds. A single caplet of Estroven contains the equivalent of the typical daily isoflavone intake of people in some Asian countries where soya features in the daily diet. Despite not eating dairy products these women have strong bones and rarely suffer from symptoms of the menopause.
