An interesting overview of nutrition is provided by the founder of the Institute of Optimum Nutrition.

However, it was a shame that a pyramid model rather than the national food model of the Eatwell Plate is featured. There is also an emphasis on the use of supplements which does not fit in most of the thoughts on main‐stream nutrition.

The information on fats and fatty acids is easily understood. There is also good information on antioxidants.

The quizzes on topics such as the digestion and immune system could be helpful as could the 10 daily tips.
