Eurotherm, an instrumentation and control system manufacturer, has announced a major programme of corporate reorganisation. The programme will result in the amalgamation of the three instrumentation companies Eurotherm Controls, Eurotherm Recorders and Eurotherm Process Automation under a single management structure, while maintaining specialist sales and customer support teams for each application and market sector. The changes are thought to improve the way in which the existing companies address converging market requirements, and will boost operational efficiency.
The reorganisation will produce a single trading entity, which will be known simply as Eurotherm.
