McLeod Russel Holdings plc (McLeod Russel) has completed its purchase of the Vokes air and liquid filtration business in a major development that reportedly brings immediate benefits to customers.
The Vokes business will be integrated within McLeod Russel's existing Interfilta subsidiary, trading initially as Vokes Filtration, a division of Interfilta (UK) Ltd.
It is thought that the combined strength of McLeod Russel's existing filtration subsidiary, Interfilta (UK) Ltd, and Vokes will ensure customers benefit from a significant move which unites two of the biggest names in the industry. The new operation will provide customers world-wide with a fully comprehensive product range in liquid and air filtration, backed by leading edge sales, marketing and technical support services.
Vokes Filtration will continue to operate the liquids business incorporating its associated research, development, sales and manufacturing facilities out of the established Vokes site in Henley Park, Guildford.
