Eurotherm Limited has created a secure Web site through which customers may purchase data recorder consumables on line. The new site, www.pensandcharts.co.uk, enables all UK users of Chessell and Eurotherm Recorders products to buy replacement pens, cartridges and paper charts conveniently using a credit card. By purchasing in this way, customers obtain a 10 per cent discount on list prices.

The Recorders Business Area of Eurotherm Limited, formerly Chessell Recorders, designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of paper based and solid state graphic recorders, used across a wide spectrum of industries. Currently its product range includes 100mm, 180mm and 250mm paper chart recorders, and graphic paperless recorders, all of which are manufactured at plants in Worthing, West Sussex, UK.

The current product portfolio is said to be well supported by a wide range of consumables, which until now have only been available through traditional trade ordering and supply methods. Eurotherm believe that the new site will be far more convenient to many customers than established channels, and will appeal particularly to customers who order small quantities regularly.
