Plascoat Systems the world leader in thermoplastic powder technology has achieved a milestone in its internet presence by revealing visitor numbers have exceeded 1 million.
The site, that is available in a number of international languages, was first launched in 1997 and has since provided a wealth of valuable product information to customers around the world.
Patrick Benson, Technical and Marketing Director states “The web site, like many early web sites, originally served as an advertisement vehicle for our product range. However, as we began to involve our customers in its development it became clear that there were far greater opportunities in the technical advice and support areas that could offer real benefits to our customers”.
As well as comprehensive information on Plascoat System's world leading product range, the web site also provides processing and application guides and an invaluable technical support section to enable customers to optimize the coating process on a range of different substrates. A handy calculator for example, enables users to determine the correct coverage weights required which has received huge acclaim from customers.
