The Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, in collaboration with University of Newcastle, Australia is happy to announce the first International Conference on Managing Creativity and Innovation (ICMCI).

Businesses today are facing change like never before. Numerous forces are driving this change, including greater competition due to globalization, workforce diversity, the availability of new forms of technology and a shift from manufacturing economies to service economies. Not surprisingly, there is considerable interest in how creativity and innovation can generate sustained competitive advantages.

The 2009 Executive Coaching Conference
