RICS economic brief

RICS economic brief

Keywords Economy, Currency, Rentals, Housing market

Falling equity prices and a strong pound are posing a dilemma for the Bank of England. Commercial property rents are rising and construction activity remains firm. House price inflation was levelling out at the start of the summer.
