New surveying textbooks
Just received from the publishers are two surveying textbooks by acknowledged experts (and regular contributors to this journal) Phil Parnham and Malcolm Hollis. Reviews have been commissioned and will be published when received but at first sight both books look very worthy of recommendation. Parnham's book (written with Chris Rispen) is entitled Residential Property Appraisal and is published by E & F N Spon and is priced at £35. The long awaited fourth edition of Hollis' Surveying Buildings is published by RICS Books and is priced at £50.
