JCT 05 New Suite of Contracts
A new suite of JCT Building Contracts has started to appear. The JCT 05 suite contains revisions and updates to many of the most popular contracts, some of which have now been amalgamated into larger documents. New releases will include new contracts such as the Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor’s Design (ICD), Framework Agreement (FA) and Minor Works with Contractor’s Design (MWD).
