Gardiner & Theobald has released the 1st Quarter TPI, which reinforces the view of their last forecast in 2009, with no change to headline figures. The UK median rate of tender price inflation is forecast to reduce by -4.5% in 2010, as the bottom of the market is reached following a decline of -8.5% in 2009. From 2011 to 2013, they are forecasting positive tender price inflation on the back of increased demand.
