The fourth edition of this guidance note aims to provide surveyors with information and guidance in respect of commercial property surveys. It covers taking instructions, survey preparation, inspection and reporting. Also included in the appendices are a summary of insurance and legal issues, as well as useful sources of information and further reading. The section on the equipment to use has been removed since the third edition.
