Time to think

Evidently in the not too distant future, we will all be able to have Web access via our mobile phones (only by then they may not be called mobile phones - it's far too limiting). This will come about as a result of technologies such as Wireless Access Protocol (WAP), Bluetooth, Symbian, etc. (If you don't know, don't ask!) Does this means that now not only will we get annoyed on buses and trains by people blaring into their phones, but we'll get full multimedia Web content as well? Either I'm just a Luddite ... O.K. then I AM just a Luddite (well, I was one of those who said we don't need colour PC monitors!) but I do think that we need to stop accessing information constantly and spend a little time processing and reflecting on it.
