Print rooms

In response to customer feedback, Hyatt Hotels Corporation are installing new, all-in-one printer/copier/fax machines in 5,200 rooms in approximately 90 Hyatt business hotels in the US and Canada. Hyatt research has shown that almost two-thirds of business travellers in America use laptops when on the road. Guests in all Business Plan rooms will now be able to use these ink-jet, plain-paper machines to print from their laptops, copy documents or send faxes, all in the comfort and privacy of their rooms. The decision to install these new machines comes after successful testing and positive customer feedback at the company's four Chicago-area Hyatt hotels.
