Strapline

A ground-breaking new design of semi-automatic polypropylene strapping machines has been launched by Packer Systems. The design and heavy-duty construction does away with the need for traditional belts, chains and cams ensuring reliability and minimal maintenance together with an extremely quiet, safe and user-friendly operation. Electronic tension control allows strap tension to be adjusted over a wide range of low and high tensions with infinitely variable strap feed, making it suitable for strapping a wide variety of products ranging from heavy duty packages to very fragile items. Using polypropylene strap from 8mm to 12mm wide, the standard machine will accommodate packages from 80mm long x 30mm high to almost any length or height.
