Verity, the company powering business portals, announces that MrTed, a leading recruitment technology company, is using the Verity K2 Toolkit across the world's first multi-lingual candidate supply chain management platform, MrTed TalentLink. Verity is enabling corporate HR departments and professional recruiters to access information about candidates in more than 24 different languages. The MrTed TalentLink platform is set to become an indispensable tool to recruiters and large companies. Its powerful search, retrieval and navigation facilities enable corporate HR departments to identify suitable profiles for a position quickly and efficiently without having to sift through large quantities of irrelevant data. The Verity K2 Toolkit provides relevant lists of results and enables precise retrieval search on key words, on candidate names or on specific types of documents. This helps reduce the time and cost traditionally spent on administration, searching and screening of candidates. Users are able to search for specific candidates in 24 languages, allowing them to locate the right person even if the personal details have been entered in a foreign language. Verity was also chosen for its ability to deal with mis-spellings and for its use of a thesaurus to provide search results intuitively, adding to the ease of use of the platform.
