Telcordia Technologies, in an agreement with CTI Squared (CTI2), is to enhance its unified communications services with the introduction of the CTI2 WW Office Platform. The service represents an enhanced next generation network service, allowing instant messaging and content delivery through one interface, available from anywhere at any time and across any network. The CTI2 WW Office Platform offers a single resource for all communications, bringing together the Internet, public and mobile telephone networks and VoIP devices. It incorporates several enhanced services applications, including instant messaging, online research and m-commerce, as well as providing a single mailbox, unifying e-mail, fax, pager and voice messages, which are accessible from any phone, pager, Web browser of Java-enabled device. The platform incorporates a range of integrated applications including WW Messager – unified messaging, WW Communicator – instant messaging and WW Agent – online research, content delivery and m-commerce.
