About the Authors

Dr Peter K. Ross is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Business and Asian Studies, Griffith University, Queensland, Australia, where he teaches across a range of courses in the field of international management. Dr Ross has conducted extensive research into the impacts of information and communication technologies (ICTs) on workplace practices. This includes widespread research into the impacts of Cloud Computing on entrepreneurship, organizational strategies, and ICT worker management. More recently he has been conducting research on coworking centers, ICT-mediated workplace collaborative strategies, offshore staff leasing, and data driven management (DDM) practices. He has published extensively across these areas.

Dr Susan Ressia is a Lecturer within the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources at Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia. Her recent doctoral research focused on the job search experiences of independent non-English speaking background skilled migrants in Australia. Susan’s research interests further include the areas of work–life balance, managing diversity, equality, and social justice issues. Susan has also conducted extensive research into the emerging world of coworking.

Elizabeth J. Sander is a Lecturer within the Business School at Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia. Her doctoral research is focused on psychological reactions to the physical work environment, and how these influence organizational outcomes. Elizabeth’s other research interests include the role of place and space on innovation and entrepreneurship. Elizabeth has appeared on ABC TV’s science program Catalyst, and spoken at TEDx. She is a Columnist for The Conversation and a contributor at the World Economic Forum. Elizabeth is regularly featured on TV, radio, and in national media commenting on issues on work, society, and future trends in organizations.
